Initially I had a good experience with Optimal Hearing in Jesup. My doctor conducted my hearing test and gave me my results (even took the time to email them to me). My insurance is through Tricare and they will not cover hearing aids unless you meet certain criteria. After I emailed my doctor this criteria, she said it appears that I would qualify with Tricare to receive hearing aids but she was unsure how to go about this. I made calls myself to see what steps need to be taken. When I got answers I contacted her with the information I was given so she could help me receive my hearing aids. On March 13th, 2020 she said she would fax a report and keep me updated. It’s now May 11th and I have yet to hear back from her. I’ve reached out to her twice and never got a response. It’s so frustrating to have wasted my time and now having to find a new Audiologist.nn*Update* (5/17/20)nnI have not received any calls from your office.
