The first time my husband and I walked into Carol Emerson’s office we felt like we had known him forever. He was so easy and pleasant to talk with. He explained everything and was very thorough. I have been so pleased with the hearing aids he helped me choose. I would recommend miracle ear and Carolnto anyone who needs help with their hearing.
My experience at Miracle Ear was a pleasant one. Everything that I needed to know was fully and clearly explained to me. I had heard some horror stories from hearing aid friends in which I was skeptical about getting aids for my self. Carroll was not only polite, he was methodical about every aspect of using, cleaning and insertion of aids. I felt like he was my very own personal consultant. With some slight adjustments to the volume, I know that I will be able to hear sounds that I did not hear for some time now. As I age I need to be more aware of my surroundings. Hearing much better has changed my life and so much more for the better. I am very pleased with the service in every aspect.nI will definitely recommend Miracle Ear to friends and the office in Jessup,nGeorgia. If there is a rating (1-10), my rating is a 10+ for service and professionalism. Jessup Office...Keep up the great work in customer service. I do not want to miss out on anything in my life!
I for one have never written a review, this is an attempt to explain how well received I was by the Miracle-Ear certified specialist Carroll Emerson in Jesup Ga. I’m a snow bird from the state of Vermont that resides here in Ga for the winter season. Needing an adjustment for my first time ever hearing aides I contacted the Jesup office an was greeted by a very pleasant an respectful receptionist. Made the Appointment an have to say the experience was rewarding. Carroll Emerson is without a doubt a man of upmost integrity an very professional .
