Pacific Medical Center Northgate

The Northgate pharmacy staff are fast, efficient and really great people. I have been going to this pharmacy for 3 years now and I have never had a problem. Best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of picking my prescription up from.

Very bad experience with this clinic:n1) first appointment with the female doctor C.W . She was not caring for patient's lab tests at all. Sent email inquiry, no response; ask for phone visit, denied; asked for medicine refilled, no response.n2) second appointment with a male doctor C.F, seemed fine, then followed up with a third appointment with this male doctor, but then waited for almost two hours, still no response...Not happy at all

Every time I come here for an appointment the staff is rude. Karen is the worst of the bunch. Misdiagnosed twice at this location and spent 2 months in extreme pain for no reason other than the doctors mistakes. Visited the Ballard location and got fixed right up.

Dr falzon and the nurses brilliant and thumbs-up. Super friendly, attentive and willing to explain things and the procedures. Whereas the staff in the front desk, I called and asked a question and the individual had no clue. She didn't listen and was really not friendly. She then hung up the phone, without asking if I needed anymore assistance or had anymore questions.

Spamming my phone with appointment reminders, but I'm not a patient.
