Swedish Colon & Rectal Clinic - Edmonds

Dr. Menon is amazing! He has spent so much time with me and I never feel rushed. He has been so supportive since my cancer diagnosis in July. Two surgeries later I have a doctor who genuinely cares about me. Also, his nurse Crystal is so understanding and supportive. I've kept her on the the phone with questions and she takes the time to answer them. I will agree with the other posts that scheduling your first appointment can be frustrating but after your first appointment they will give you the direct number to call and schedule with and it's no longer frustrating.

Incredibly hard to get an appointment. Only get a message service that asks for your name and a callback number. I cannot receive calls during my working day which encompasses most of the hours they are open. So how am I supposed to make an appointment? Going to have find a clinic outside of the Swedish system, awful customer service.

Ive had nothing but a great experience with this clinic. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful and always so kind. Dr. Hawkins and her nurses are incredible!!! Ive had problems for over two years and was to embarrassed to talk about it they made me feel totally comfortable. I had surgery april 21st still in pain but they did a great job and i would always recommend them. Thank you guys for the great service

I have been trying to get an appointment here and have called many times but for some reason no one calls me back. Got a call back once to take info and was told appt scheduler would call but no one did. Also when I call it takes several transfers to even figure out who to talk to for a routine appointment then I leave a message and don't get a call back. Very frustrating. Will try somewhere else.

Avoid this clinic. Receptionist Donna Crane is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unsympathetic to the needs of their patients. My own experience with her and Dr. Menon have forced me to seek care elsewhere. Your care is not a priority here and Donna will insult you when you inform her you are running a few minutes late because of traffic. Rather than informing me that the Dr needs to cancel my appointment due to the needs of another patient, Donna would rather make you suffer trying to rush from Downtown to Edmonds to make it on time and ridicule you for being late. I was in desperate need for my care and all she would tell me is that the Dr would leave promptly a minute after as though my needs are not important.
