I was a wreck after a hack threat on my PC n while I had no way to be sure if it was genuine, I was advised to take my cell to Verizon for a 'hard re-set'. Or whatever it's called. Lewis was enormously helpful, not only with the technical aspect, but his calm n pleasant demeanor was a huge help to me. This was hands down, the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. I also left with a lighter plug-in charger, badly needed in my old car . . . and was shown, for future reference, a lighter weight model cell as mine is too heavy to hold still for photos (and carry in purse). Thank you, Lewis!

Tyler at Verizon in Hiawassee was fantastic. I went in on a Thursday and they didn't have the phone I wanted. He offered to pick one up from another store and meet me there the next day on his day off. He was super knowledgeable and honest. The only hiccup was Verizon. Their entire system was down for several hours, making the process take so much longer. The entire staff were extremely accommodating in a stressful situation. Only reason it's 4 stars is not a reflection of the staff, it was the Verizon system being down for so long.

What a great experience i had at this store. Quite different than other franchise Verizon stores. JON the Verizon rep spent so much time helping me with my 'locked out' Iphone7. I forgot my password and Apple literally locks you out if you can not recall it. I would never have been able to get my photos and notes from iclould if not for him. I decided to no longer support Apple after this debacle and bought the new LG slim phone - Android platform with so many more features than my Iphone. Recommend Jon heartily!++
