Went to their Hiawassi Georgia location and had my free hearing test. Both John and Chuck spent a long time with my wife and I going over hearing ads and the test. My test, at 75, was explained to me by John and he said I don't need hearing ads at this time. Come back for another free hearing test in a year. I expected them to try and sell me hearing ads on this visit. Very professional and above board Company and people. Like them all there.
Tammy is the most helpful and most cheerful office manager I have ever seen. She fit me in quickly for the test I needed. Chuck is thorough and professional and just as helpful as Tammy. He recorded my test and explained every nuance to my understanding. Chuck gave me good advice about how to proceed with my issue. Definitely my only hearing aid source.
