Service sucks bad. Fulghums is very rude. He needs a women in his life.
Took an amp by to try and pawn it and before I even said anything I was told very rudely that “he won’t take any amps due to having so many in the back and that everyone pawns them and leaves them” like that’s my damn problem... how about putting them up front and maybe people would buy them. Not even a thanks for stopping by or a sorry I couldn’t help. Just old and rude.
The service at Fulghum's pawn shop is very terrible. The owner, Mr. Fulghum, is cranky and rude and has a lot to learn about customer service. I called today to ask a question and after he used a nasty tone of voice Fulghum hung up the phone in my face. Not very professional in my book. I have only been in this store twice but trust me I will not be going back.
Owner is extremely rude I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! he acts like you're bothering him the moment you walk into the door! Go anywhere else but here!
