Shelley & Alicia were very helpful and warming. They have the personality I look for when it comes to customer service. Shelly was patient and listened to what I wanted and helped me find frames that fits my personality, style, skin tone and etc. Those are very important things to me. She made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Overall I've enjoyed the staff every time I step foot in the place. Keep up the good job and keep empowering your staff.
Great experience, very welcoming vibe. Alicia was helpful and patient in helping me choose the right frames. Dr. was very nice, he answered all my questions and I was not rushed. First time putting on contacts and Shelly was so nice and patient in helping me go through the process. Over all great team and good prices too.
Kaleb is absolutely without a doubt my go to guy! He guided me not only through picking out frames, but the whole shebang in education of different lenses. His patience and concern for my happiness with not only my glasses but sunglasses as well is way over the top. But , what more should be expected?? The whole staff is awesome. I have been with Browns for several years, Kaleb, you are truly the epitome of caring, compassionate customer service. I thank you . Now I wish I had gone with the mirrored lenses on my sun specs! Lol!
Today was my first time at this Eye Center and they did amazing. The customer service was great and very fast with getting everything done in a good time frame. The help with picking out lenses having never had glasses was a terrific help. Definitely recommend!
