THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Honestly, somebody is going to report them to the BBB. I fainted in the chair while the woman was doing my hair. She called the ambulance and STOLE the money out of my wallet before they got there and she was NOT done with my hair!! I was furious. And she's rude too. She finished my hair the next day grudgingly or I was going to the police. I will NEVER go back. Ask yourself about the integrity of a woman that will go into another's purse and steal her money.nnAlso, the price changed from $180 to $200 when I got there. Buyer beware.

The worst shop of Africans you can come across! The work was horrible! The owner a liar I never got my money back! But believe me I got the state involved I videoed there mess! They are a shady people! The owner doesn’t care and the building owner should not be leasing to these crooks!

really 0 stars! very unprofessional very rude!!! rescheduled my appointment 30 mins before i was supposed to come kept getting on the phone and stopping while doing my hair i didn’t even let her finish i just got up and left worst experience ever! such a small place and was so many people inside no space at all inside the lady next to me was damn near touching me that’s how small it was! also she braided my hair so tight my head was bleeding omg never again!

Called to set up an appointment on December 26, 2020 was told to text my information date time and style. Appointment was for December 30, 2020 9am. I did such and received nothing back. I texted to confirm appointment on December 29, 2020 received nothing back. On to today December 30, 2020, sat in parking lot from 855 till 940 no one was there or answered the phone. 940 a man entered shop and I asked him if he know what was going on he took my number and said Debra would call me back. 1015 nothing. I left and went to Astro braiding and received great service! I will never be a customer of Debra they are very unprofessional!

I called to see if I could get my hair braided on December 24 @ 9AM. They told me they were available and needed to send a deposit. After I sent it, they changed the time to 8AM and I was fine with it. Once I agreed to 8 they told me they had me down for Friday December 25th and it was a mistake on their end.nnI asked for my money back since they made a mistake and i wasn’t gonna be able to get my hair done on Christmas (December 25th) but they left me on read. I’ve tried to get my money back through cashapp but they (the shop) denied it.
