Gracie's: A Rooftop Bar

Great place for a date night or a girls night out due to the atmosphere. However, my husband and I have been here twice, and each time the customer service is not good. For instance, we went last night, and just like the first time, we don’t even get so much as a greeting when approaching the bar. Everyone sitting at the bar had already been served, yet it took forever to get our drinks because they took their time to even acknowledge us standing there. Both bartenders acted inconvenienced to serve us. My first drink was great, and tasted strongly like rum. When I finished it, my husband got me another one just like it, but it didn’t have any rum flavor at all, and the glass wasn’t nearly as full as the first one. Could do better with being consistent for the prices they charge. They told us they don’t do table service so we had to wait for our drinks at the bar and bring our dirty glasses back in with us, (again, ridiculous for the price you pay to drink there) yet I saw MULTIPLE people getting drinks brought out to them, and dirty glasses taken away every few minutes. I guess you must have to know the manager personally in order to be treated well as a paying customer. The manager was going around talking and goofing around with other select groups, but never once stopped to ask how we were enjoying our night and if she could get us anything. For the prices that are being charged for the drinks, customer service should be of better quality.

When first visiting this bar we had a little bit of a hard time finding out where to go although once we entered the hotel there were many signs directing us to the bar! Once we arrived we were immediately greeted and the outside was absolutely beautiful and was very serene. There isn’t a very extensive menu with only like 4 appetizers only and 7 cocktails and 6 different beers ( give me a little leeway with the number but those are “guess-tamates”)nnWe overall loved the environment although we would have appreciated a bigger menu.

Exactly what our town needed. Who would have thought a Best Western would have been one of the only things that understood what our town needs. I had a fun experience here. It has a nice bar and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. They have some light fare to snack on as well which looked good. I hope the patrons don't ruin this place, it is already attracting some folks who don't know how to manage their liquor or how to act in public. This isn't the fault of the business though.

First experience at Graci’s! Beautiful ambience and time! Service was great and the good times and drinks were flowing! Definitely recommend for a night out with the “better “ half or much needed girls night! See you soon, Mother Hen!

We had a ball at Gracie’s! The atmosphere was very nice and you can go outside and watch the sun set which was beautiful. The service was nothing short of amazing and staff was so eager to accommodate whatever needs we had. It was our best friends birthday and she said it was the best. The icing on the cake was Gracie Rigby coming out to greet us! Thank you all for giving us a wonderful experience. When you go, order some food. It was sooooo good!
