Just in from Texas visiting my daughter. This is the BEST independent brewery out of ALL the ones we visited. I'm NOT into the BITTER IPA beers, but I LOVED every beer I tasted here. The only thing that could make it better is if they had a CAT that hangs out there. ALL the best Breweries have a local cat.
Cool place! Decent beer selection, no IPA's but plenty of other really good selections. Live music tonight was good and the service was awesome! Can't wait to go back!

Choices if beers, especially multiple German variants, is great. The atmosphere is inviting and the food trucks keep the food varied.
Excellent beer, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Tried 7 different beers and enjoyed every single one.
