I walked in nobody came to me than I lucky saw a woman who asked me to come to come to her, I I explained that I came to cash a check and she told about fees and asked for two forms of IDs Which was very strange so I told her I will be back and my friend was like why do she need two forms?. That’s not right so I called another branch and they told me I only needed my id and nothing else. My visit was not a successful one and will not be returning.

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had! As a military member whose primary bank partners with PNC, the customer service here is despicable. They have ATMs that malfunction and upon stepping inside to speak with someone, I was told that they’re not able to do anything about it because they don’t service their own ATMs. So now I’m out of money that was never credited to my account and is somehow lost. The Branch manager is nowhere to be found and everyone inside is clueless on what needs to be done to rectify the situation. USAA End any partnerships with PNC bank being that this is how they treat your military members!!!!!!!

Manager has horrible customer service skills, she definitely is not in the right position. Not knowledge on policies and procedures that's going on with PNC definitely not the best option to have on the front line
