This location is TERRIBLE! They left 10plus customers outside in line and the Branch manager told the security at the front door to lock the door they’re not taking any more customers!!When clearly the hours was 10-4 but she (Trashy Manager) closedown 20mins before posted time.nPoor decision making Disgusting person (Manager)
This branch has the worst service. Today with a line 9 deep the woman monitoring the line let a woman walk in the bank in front of everyone. When questioned about this a excuse was I through she would be quick with her needs. What about the rest of your customers who are waiting. She should have been directed to the back of the line. Very poor service
Very slow. There was a long line with only one register open. There were other bank employees walking around and no one bothered to help. Customer service was bad.
They are the slowest bank ever!!! And then they wouldn’t give me change without giving them my account #. The bank is suppose to be the only place where you can get change for $100 bills without hassle but not with this Bank of America!
Customer service is very bad. Easy and every day I come here I have to wait 20nMin plus just to make a deposit. 12 noon and only one teller. Businesses can’t use the auto teller. They have someone standing at a stand greeting people when she needs to be behind the counter taking care of customers
