Extremely disappointed. I needed to deposit a check so I went thru the drive thru. Not sure what was happening on the inside but the teller took my depositnAnd didn't return. After waiting 15 minutes I starting pushing the call button. Finally got someone to help m . But waited another 10 minutes for them to do the deposit. I couldn't even leave because they had my deposit.
Had a great experience at this branch. I believe it was Richard P, a personal banker who assisted me with my business account. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and he reaffirmed why I bank with BB&T. Wonderful service!
Great and friendly folks at this branch and I always enjoy going inside to chat with them!
Worst BBT I have ever had to deal with. I came to put my check in the bank and was told I had to go cash it at Wells Fargo first. Never had any issues with this before!! I was told by the male teller that Wells Fargo would not charge me a fee and they did. Went back to BBT. So slow and when I get to the drive through window I'm told that I HAVE to wait because they are busy inside. Why is there not a teller dedicated to the window service. Why have the window if it's not a priority as well? Glad I live in Charleston and do not have to deal with these fools again. There are two other cars waiting to be served as well. The parking lot only has three cars in it. How are you too busy to assist customers at he window?nnThis has cost me an hour travel time!! I'm NOT a happy customer.nnI've just typed all of this and sat here another five mins and they STILL HAVE NOT assisted any of the cars waiting, including me. ud83dude21
