Second person to arrive before opening but because I chose not to stand in the humidity, there are 15 people in line.nnA bank I’ve been with for years may be losing a customer due to them not being able to take care of customers! Not sure why you choose to open so late. Then to tell me that I must have an appointment for a notary is crazy.nnAccounts will be closed next week! This bank sucks!

Poor customer service! I was literally the second person to arrive; but because I chose not to stand in the line outside the door, some 12 people ended up in front of me. This is the second time I've attempted to use your notary service and the second time I had to go elsewhere.nnI was told because I didn't have an appointment, they would try to see me in 45 minutes. The two personal bankers weren't doing anything other than talking to one another. Also I'm curious to know why you wait so late to open. Opening later contributes to longer lines and wait times.nnTruly disappointed in the service here in Georgia. No issues in NY or IN. There's lots of work to be done here. Truly thinking of closing our accounts!
