I've banked here and been happy for over 20 years. However, they no longer cater to those of us that work for a living. They are closed when I get off Monday thru Friday and now no longer open on Saturday. The work force needs Saturday hours. Sorry that we can't all mooch off the government.
Okay as a starter bank but if you work a 9-5 job and only have off on weekends you’re kinda SOL.nWhy on earth wouldn't they at least be open on Saturday’s? Beats me...
Every interaction I've had with anyone at Renasant has been outstanding. There were a few issues with my account along the way, but all I had to do was call and they were all over it. If you like real, genuinely caring banking, this is it.
