They made my birthday cake wrong and the manager did try to rectify the situation and remade my cake. However the employee must have had an attitude about it Bc she only put a few pieces of cake mix ins when we asked for a ton (literally). And that was the only thing we wanted mixed into the ice cream so I don’t feel like it was a big request. She also had an attitude when I came to up the cake up. I don’t think I will be back to this location bc of the employee having an attitude when she was in the wrong and took it out on the customer. It’s not my fault you made my cake wrong ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♀ufe0f I appreciate the manager for trying to make the situation better but the employee didn’t help.
We have tried several of there items, all yummy. The cone itself is a treat then the ice cream and other toppings are nice.nso yummy.
Mediocre service, and average quality product. I went to this location Friday for date night and there was a small line out front. Due to COVID that is to be expected. However, the employees were very slow and the young lady who helped us was not very pleasant. My ice cream cone was a bit melted, and dripping all over. Very sloppy to be handed a product in that condition. I also had to ask for additional napkins. The one upside is the employees were all wearing masks to protect customers. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

My favorite ice cream place on the planet!!! The 2 girls who work on Tuesdays around lunch time, maybe a little later are great! Super friendly, and the one girl makes the BEST shakes! Not too thick, not too runny!! She’s been there a while, and I’m always happy to catch her when she’s working. I always love it here! I was so happy to see they brought back Salted Caramel recently, because it was my favorite back when they first carried it a few years ago! Such a great little shop, and yummy products!
