Extremely angry with forever 21. I recently bought a sweater that was very expensive. I hadn’t tried it on, I hadn’t taken it out the bag and when I tried to return it because it was not what I wanted. They told me there was no tag on it, they then accused me of misplacing it even though I hadn’t touched it or taken it out of the bag. So now I’m stuck with a sweater that I do not like. Thanks Forever 21. After being a regular customer, I think it’s safe to say that I will not be choosing the store as my number 1 place to go anymore. Shocking
Good deals and they have all of them in one section instead of all over the place. Only downside is it isn't the most organized, but that wouldn't deter me from shopping here. This is a pretty big location, too.
Large store with a good selection. Probably the largest one we have been inside of.
Trendy clothing at a cheap price. If you go on a weekend, it will look like a hurricane ran through that place. Clothes all over the floor. The return policy sucks so make sure it fits. Since we are in a pandemic, I just try it on by the rack so I won't be stuck with something that doesn't fit.
