They have a good selection of shoes but shopping with loud expletive music is a no for me. Especially when it has the N-word in it. How can you expect for people of all races to feel comfortable with this blatant disrespect?
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got an email back on Dec 12th that said my online (not in a store) order from Dec 10th had shipped. On Dec 20th I called customer service to see what the hold up was on my order and they said there was no reason. It just hasn’t made it to the carrier yet to actually be shipped. It is now after 11pm Dec 22 and the delivery status still says the shipping facility has not received package from the seller yet. This is freaking ridiculous. I most CERTAINLY will not be doing business with them again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - BUYER BEWARE.nI purchased a pair of Jordan 1s. I got them home and realized the sizing was off. I Attempted to return them 2 days later and was not because 1, they don’t take returns, and two they won’t take returns for another product unless you have the original receipt. I attempted to speak with the manager who only said no, no, no... I left my contact information and stated I would just contact my credit card company.nnThey have a small sign near the register with incredibly small print. This is and does not follow consumer protection services and goes against the spirit of customer service and assistance.nnCustomer beware, poor service, mis-labeling, all dome during COVID 19. What a crack organization!
Always great customer service! And they have a lot of shoes that others don't. They also go the extra mile to help you find what you want! Unlike most stores.... they'll call and find out if their other store locations have your shoe! Keep up the superb work!
