Not the biggest sportswear store in Lenox Mall when compared to Nike next door to it but it still got a lot shop for. I would say it’s pretty new maybe in the last couple of months around the COVID timing. I have been here a couple of times and got something clothing for my girlfriend but not for me, doesn’t seem like they have sales yet but I am sure they will. Today, they were giving out a free keychain with price which is pretty cool.
They wouldn’t allow a return on a brand new pair of shoes (within policy) and didn’t offer any other solution besides “call customer care what do want me to do”. The manager “Cherry” refused to give me her full name and was rude from the moment I walked to the counter. After walking off from the counter she proceeded to laugh and joke with a representative and another customer. She was very condescending and probably shouldn’t be in customer care.
I think they have some amazing designs this season
I have been coming to this store since its opening and these two ladies were absolutely Awesome! The level of customer service was the best I've had in a department store in a very long time. LaLa and Amani assisted me in exactly what I was looking for. They also helped me with choosing the right color and size. The experience was just top notch all around. Adidas, Lenox nailed it with both these ladies being on their team!
