Parked in Green Parking lot to go to Green Tower. Doors locked and had to walk to main entrance. This may be due to weekend. Don’t know for sure. Probably best to park in Blue Parking for easier access to main entrance on Hospital Boulevard.

No point in enforcing masks when proper wear isn't at all enforced. In the waiting room and someone has their mask entirely pulled down under their nose. Came in like that and checked in like that.nnLike, really?!?! Costco does better at enforcing masks than this place. If going to play the game then at least play it right.

I had to wait 5 hours to see the doctor after being recommended by the urgent care. It was hard to see so many people in pain.nDoctor saw me, very gentle and nice that is the reason for the good review. Doc couldn’t believe that was because of wax treatment.

Would have given no stars if it would let me. This hospital is no place for anyone. Policy are not the same for each shift, so it’s like the nurses just make new rules when they want to. Do not use the labor and delivery at Kennestone they don’t care for families and especially for the mother or father during what is suppose to be the most special time. You would get better care at any other hospital. A hospital that doesn’t care for the patients doesn’t need to be in this business. Nurses with no compassion need to leave this field of work cause they become the problem. Steer clear of Wellstar, so sad they use to be a great hospital 25 years ago. I guess with progress they got rid of quality of care only caring about themselves and how much profit they can gain.

Showed up for a 1 hour glucose screening. I was given the drink from a nurse and was told to remember the time I finished it. I finished at 8:53am. The nurse, while receiving other patients, yelled across a crowded room, “okay, 9:53.” Nothing more than that was communicated. Apparently “okay, 9:53,” meant to come through the glass doors to the lab on my own, unescorted. This was information I learned from the receptionist after I had waited around patiently to be called back until 10:53am an entire hour after my finish time, watching patient after patient be called back. This was my first time doing a glucose screening at this location. How was I supposed to know of any protocol if it wasn’t communicated? An additional hour of my time wasted because of a lapse in communication from the staff. No one apologetic for having wasted my time and the original nurse was nowhere to be found.
