My first impression was very positive. The entrance was near the salad bar and it was open. Folks donned gloves to serve themselves and it looked like they assigned a dedicated employee to maintain the bar. Seating was every other table, but ours was wobbly. We thought they could have chosen the tables being used better. Our server gave us a warm greeting and took our orders efficiently but then we waited 15 minutes to get our salad bar plates. We grew very hungry watching others get their salad bar items, so we used our appetizer plates. We were nearly done eating that when our server came to check on us. We got a hearty apology and our salad plates arrived quickly. Our main dish took a little longer than we felt it should and contained only 1 piece of chicken when the menu said 2. Our server explained that we asked for one serving (because we planned to share) offered to upgrade it and bring another entry but by that time we couldn't spend more time waiting. We understand that the situation is hard and it looked like they were short handed, but think our experience could have been better.

Every employee was very nice and courteous to us. Leslie went above and beyond. I have life threatening allergies and he made sure my order was safe for me to have. He was very kind and gracious. My 6 yr old thanked him over and over for keeping her Mom safe (she has seen me have a reaction that sent me to the ER from eating food that was supposed to be safe at a restaurant). All of our food was really good. We will be back. Thank you Leslie and all the staff

Stopped by to have dinner with a friend, food was great! Social distancing in place made it easy to enjoy dinner without concern.

Good food. The baby back ribs are very tender and flavorful. Friendly, attentive staff.

No problems here. One of my favorite Ruby Tuesday! Even when I didn't live in the area I would go out of my way to eat here.
