Let me preface by saying as a business owner I don’t write negative reviews unless it severely effects my business or financials. However, I’ve given this dealership 10-months and three separate windows of having a mower they sold me for 60-90days at a time each time with no updates unless I called(and half the time nobody knew who I was or if the mower was even there). Each time the mower had the same problem it came in with when picked up.nnWe bought another JD Zero turn for a government contract, expecting a large dealer like Ag Pro to back their products, and within 15min on-site the unit would shut down and turn off unless the right level was fully pressed forward at all times, making us have to mow in zig zags. Contacted the GM only to be told repeatedly there’s nothing he can do since it’s “used”, even after running it for 15mins of buying it. Dealer wants no part of something they sold us willingly. To make it better, the salesman told us “everything has been replaced” when we reviewed the unit, which clearly wasn’t true.nnNo loaner, no anything for 90days, rental costs out of pocket and told repeatedly on all 3-times we dropped it off for periods of 60-90days each time that it was “fixed” only to have it do the same thing. Dealer said “trade it in”, only to give is 25-35% of what we paid and got 4hours of run time in a 10month period for it.nnWe are a large commercial outfit with government contracts, and can’t afford to be treated this way. We won’t be giving any business to Ag Pro and will definitely give our opinion when asked.

Sold the mower and didn't let me know until I came to pay for it. Bad customer service.

I have a JD 3032e that i could not get started. It was 90 minutes from my house and I was working with the JD people close by. They had no interest in helping and put me on the schedule for a tech to come out two weeks later.nI called Ag-Pro and the service person there helped me trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Using his advice I was able to figure out the problem and the parts department had the parts shipped directly to my house. The next day I had it up and running and on a trailer back to my house.nWithout their help I would still be waiting and without my tractor. Great people and service. Thanks so much.

X300 with 200 hrs broke 5 belts in as many months. Dealers service said they could not fix. They Suggested that I trade it in. It was rigged someway by the dealer and it lasted about 4 months and broke again. My mistake. I should have junked it.

I want to share how much I appreciate a company and a couple of its employees that in my two years of finding them have gone above and beyond my expectations. Jake and Brian, Jake did everything i needed to buy the Tractor and accessories. Every time i needed to ask a question Jake was a phone call away and always answered them as if i was his only customer, Thank You Jake. Now 1.5 years later and Brian from service steps in and goes beyond my expectations. I wanted to get my tractor and bush hog serviced so I get every thing set up, he’s gonna do it in one day, great but something happened and I couldn’t get it down to him from Hiawassee so I call to cancel and he says with the service they were going to do they could come pick it up and bring back free. Man that was one more relief because i had been trying to get it to them for 6 months. I wanted to let everyone know go see these guys for all your tractor needs they will do everything possible to make your experience with them great!!
