Aaron was most helpful in solving a minor issue with my new iphone. He was pleasant and very good at explaining how to work the phone. Store was clean & neat. Pleasant environment.
Aaron(the store manager) made sure my experience was the best. I had a very unique situation and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He drove 35 min to another store to get a phone for me!! He’s the reason I keep coming back!!! This guy knows what customer service should be! Would recommend everyone to come here!!
Aaron was amazing help for my family and I. If you need help at all find him, he say there and helped us through everything. He walked us along the steps and made sure we all got exactly what we needed. 10/10 would trade in my phone and do it all over again with this man! So If ya need help, stop by, maybe bring a snack and one for Aaron! :)
Rami is fantastic to work with, he makes sure all your needs are taken care of before you walk out of the store. He takes his time and is very thorough in his job! We appreciate all of his help with our phone buying experience!
Where to even start; as soon as I walked into the store in Commerce I was greeted and taken care of within minutes. I had a few problems adjusting to switching service providers and they helped with all of my needs in the best way possible. I kept apologizing because I felt like my problems were so minor to them, but they assured me I was totally fine and they helped me so much!!! I would recommend Aaron, Misty or the Store Manager! They are great
