Absolutely great customer service, wonderful experience. Craig was very kind and even stayed over an hour after closing to help us. Highly recommend this place.
Went to Toccoa store to get replacement phone since I dropped mine in the lake. Waited and hour and half to talk with someone. Then they asked for my driver license that was attached to my phone in the lake. Would not accept another form of I’d. My wife had died, she was on the account, Asked for my son , who was on the account 7 years age to come in. Then til me I could order on line from my iPad. To verify they asked to send me a text to my phone that was in the lake!!! No email option to verify account!! I’m done
Great service. I only put 4 stars because att customer support on the phone was not up to par, but my experiance at the store was amazing.
Mike was the best costumer service rep we have ever had with any of our phone services. Completely outstanding service. Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful.
Poor customer service. They expect customers to do more. They didn't tell me I had to cancel old number when I got my new number
