Ordered a white 24’ vnose with the black out package and 5200 pound axles. Had good communication up until the day I was supposed to pick it up. Got a email the day before saying pick up on Friday at 3:00 pm. I am 6 hours away from them so as I was 4.5 hours into my trip Friday I got a call saying my trailer wouldn’t be done. So get to the factory and the factory was out of medal and so I had to purchase a different trailer as I had a delivery to do that weekend. Spoke with the owner at the manufacturer and said he would have medal the following week. Called Janto and spoke with the wife who told me that as soon as the trailer I ordered came off the line we could swap them out cause appearance is key in what I do. Called when the trailer was done and off the line and the wife said that she never did tell me anything like that at all. Now the trailer sits on the lot and I can not get them to answer their home so I can buy the trailer that I had ordered. Even as soon as they posted it for sale and available I had someone call and they told them it wasn’t available. Some shady business there. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!!! Stay away

I ordered a 22 ft V nose through Janto from Rock Solid Trailers. So far I have had great responses and support through the ordering process. Tonya and James have been great, even getting back to me on Sunday evening when I wasn't expecting a response until Monday. I made a lot of changes to the quote and they never got upset or delayed in their responses. I can update after I receive the trailer.

I picked up my rock solid cargo from GA at the end of May 30x8.5x7.6 pulled it with my ram 1500 it knows it’s there but pulled it just fine. Janto Cargo Trailers is who I went through easy to work with and will again in the future

Great people to work with! Had a 30’ enclosed trailer built for me from Rock Soild Cargo ( also great people to deal with). Very soild trailer, no leaks, pulls great. People at Janto always answered all me calls, messages, and emails quickly. Would highly recommend.

Had them build me a 26’ with a two foot V... ud83dudc4cud83cudffb trailer, they used upgraded plywood rather than OBS or Chipboard. The exterior screws are far from in line as you look down it horizontally, but all and all I feel like I got a good product for a good price. Have well over 5,000 miles on it and it’s holding up nice. I painted the inside white to brighten it up without spending major money
