All of the staff were very helpful and Kind and courteous. Clean and well-maintained rooms. Enjoyed the well-balanced breakfast. Overall really Enjoyed the stay. Will be seeing you again.
This places is a fraud, They will charge you for no reason wake up to $340 out of my account then they admitted they over charge me and the mess up our staying night they made us check out 1 day before and then they decided not to pay the money back, the manager is rude. Please don’t stay here safe your money.
U wld think this wld be the same as other quality inn's, wrong!! People in parking lot and at hotel were loud all night, 0 sleep, wifi didn't work half time, and after after no sleep and breakfast, we came back to a puddle of water in our bathroom floor! That was the last straw, ckd out early and went home exhausted after trying to visit family, and plan to visit again soon just Will be at a different hotel!!
Yes very nice I really enjoyed my self with my husband william rowell. One thing was you couldn't smoke in the rooms which was fine with me.
Friendly staff. However, the rooms had dead insects all over, hair almost everywhere, dust on all the furniture, bathroom floor was filthy, and the pillow cases were stained.nnThe worst part of this experience was we asked for additional linen and were told “no”. We had to pay $15.00 for a cot in order to get additional bed linens or pay for another room in order to get what we needed. It’s sad to think that in frigid temperatures on this Christmas Day we had to pay extra for our children to be warm and comfortable.
