Cancellation policy is a joke... $650 for cancelling insurance is ridiculous especially when they tell you they will flat cancel policy and they send you a different form that you need to sign to get a refund.
Andre is simply a great agent. Andre switched my wife and I over to a company that offered better coverage for a better cost. Not only that but Andre is excellent with his customer service. He is prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. He is always punctual and is a man of his word. He is very personable and has great understanding of insurance. We trust Andre and know that he has our best interest in mind so much so that we have referred him to several family members and friend. Thank you Andre for all you have done and will continue to do!
