I visited this restaurant on a slow afternoon. I have not visited a Applebee's restaurant in several years so I was excited because they are well known by their variety of menu. Initially all of their hand sanitizer dispensers were empty and that needs to be a priority these days. We were seated promptly and my elderly mother was pleasantly assisted to the table by the hostess via a hidden wheelchair ramp at the rear of the store. Once seated we looked over the colorful menu. 2 of us had some tropical rum drinks that hit the spot just right. One had a sangria and stated it was not very strong and tasted like grape juice.. We were all pleased with our meals. We started our meal with several pretzel rolls. I found the cheese dip flavorless while the spicy honey mustard was great. My mother had an appetizer sampler and she loved the spinach cheese dip and great assortment of dishes to sample. I had the chicken pasta with broccoli and it was hot fresh and flavorful. Overall a great dining experience.

Greeting, Service and food was great! We enjoyed the dining experience and would go back. Donna our waitress/ bartender was very pleasant and we were very well taken care of at our high top bar area table. The new Won ton wrap tacos were delicious and the bourbon chicken and shrimp was a fave at the table as well within our group.

I went because of my cousins birthday and I wanted to get a steak because I love it but was scared because most times I've ordered steaks it never comes out the way I want it to and I was so surprised at how hot and fresh and exact how I wanted my steak to be, absolutely no blood. It was perfect. The staff was also friendly and sweet.

During the day this diner is really nicenThe workers are so kind and the food is great. We are welcomed and treated quickly with a smile. Even when it's a bit busy the workers are on top of everything.nnAt night it's a horror show. We waited easily 20 minutes to be acknowledged; i actually had to wave the worker down after she passed us several times without saying a word. Meals were forgotten, drinks were wrong. I understand the job is hard, but it wasn't busy and she just kept running by and not checking if we needed help. It was by far the worst service. It was so bad I had to stop one of the people in my group from waiting to speak to a manager. Who in turn never came out when food was wrong and things were forgotten; one person had to wait an extra 15 mins for their food because it somehow got lost

Waited several minutes to be sat at a table. Was looked at by the bartender who was sitting at the bar with guests, a server, and manager who was on his phone... but never acknowledged. Finally walked down to the bartender and asked about being sat... After finally sitting down, I waited 5 minutes for a glass of tea... then 15+ minutes for the spinach dip... poorly ran, dirty establishment!!! Won't be back!!! and will definitely share my experience with others!!!
