TD Bank

Two TD Bank locations nearby closed leaving this location that is on very busy hectic road. Service is terrible with only 2 tellers. If they cared about service they would have increased tellers after closed other branches. Impossible to get help by phone. When call Orange City branch get message to call 800 number but when I called it was told to talk to local branch. TD bank's website shows interest rates but I constantly was getting lower rate. Moved my money to a credit union.

I had a great experience at TD Bank. Lori & Cathy were both fantastic! They helped me complete most paperwork remotely & then I just came in for signatures. I really appreciate the excellent customer service during trying times!

Try to make my account a joint account, we have been waiting for more than an hour outside, letting other people skip us. Then they never pick up the phone at all just to tell us that they can't do the joint account. Worst than Bank of America.

Had personal and business accounts with TD for 9 years. Customer service is not this banks concern. Moved my accounts to a smaller bank where I am treated like I actually exist.

I've kept personal and business accounts with TD Bank for over a decade. The staff at every branch -- including this one -- is awesome, and I have a great relationship with many of TD Bank's long-time employees at the branches I frequent. For years, it was an absolute pleasure visiting TD Bank.nnSo even though TD Bank nearly tripled their fees over those 10 years, I stuck around. When they started charging my business a percentage of cash deposited, I stuck around. When they closed the other Orange City branch, then the Deltona branch, leaving only this lower-capacity, dilapidated branch open (a 20 minute drive), I stuck around. When COVID-19 struck, and this last remaining branch closed its lobby -- a decision I understand and fully support -- I stuck with them despite the long drive, inconvenience of doing all my business from a car, and long drive-through wait times.nnBut I guess we displaced customers weren't getting the message. So TD Bank went the extra mile to make it abundantly clear they couldn’t care less.nnHaving reduced their footprint in this area by two thirds, and having closed the lobby of this one remaining branch, they then, despite the ENORMOUS demand for service here, reduced this branch's hours and even reduced the number of days it was open.nnNo matter what day or time I visit, all three lanes of the drive-through are filled and wrapped around the building. One my last visit, I sat in line for over 40 minutes. It has been like this for TWO MONTHS.nnWell, I get the message, TD Bank.nnScrew you, too.
