Bank of America has closed the only bank in my town (Debary, FL) so now I must go this one. I had an issue with a credit card purchase and tried to contact the bank. After a few minutes of useless information the phone hung up on me without any way of talking to a live person. I called the number on the back of my credit card and was put on hold for 45 minutes. Frustrated I finally hung up. Guess they've figured out how not to serve their customers.

Even though I don't bank with Bank of America, I experienced some of the most professional customer service. Gavin was extremely helpful, polite, and just a good conversation.nnBank of America themselves are opening and closing branches all over. I was informed this is basically the only consistently open branch in volusia, seminole, and lake county which is why they're experiening high foot traffic. Just hang tight while you're here, they're all doing a great job.

I don't understand my mom banks with this horrible bank. It bothers me that they don't notify their customers that the bank will closed for almost 2 weeks. I'm wondering if everyone in that bank had covid-19! This bank has been opened since covid started and they are closed til 2/6 or are they out of money!! I've tried to get my mom out of this bank but she doesn't like changes I am going to convince her to get herself out of this bank before it closes infinitely. If I had to I would give bank of america-0

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!!! There's one teller working no matter what day or time you go in. Therefore, the line is backed out the door. ATM's also are frequently down which makes for a huge hassle. Bank elsewhere if you need to get in and out quickly. Despite the issues I will at least give credit that the employees are professional and friendly when it's finally your turn.
