I been with them for many years and I love them!
A great bank. I love the service and the people there. No matter what the question was, it was answered without an attitude. A small wait time but the shortest I've been through. They take the time to fully answer you and fix any situation instead of giving you the run around to get you out quit like other banks.
The Saxon Blvd. branch in Orange City, FL leaves a lot to be desired! Long wait times, poor customer service, and very rude tellers. I was actually looking for a new bank as I am transitioning away from BOA after many years. I visited this TD branch with a family member twice. For the second time in a row, the service was LOUSY! I will be scratching TD off my list as potential new banks.
Nothing is perfect.nOur experience has been excellent.nService has been very good.nWe've had accounts at vrious other banks.nThese various other banks were horrible. Employees unhappy which is reflected in the level of their service.nBankamerica is clsoing their drive-thrus. So are other banks. They are not concerned about service.
