When receiving or making a phone call, there was no audio on either end of the call. The volume was up to the highest level in the setting app and on the pull down menu. The tech person was able to quickly find the problem, reset the audio, and also offered more help. But this was a new phone so I declined the upgrade. Very nice, friendly staff.

Just went to this store to get myself a new phone. Chris Zamora helped me out and took care of everything I needed including answering every question I had accurately. Very knowledge individual and strongly recommend. The process was so easy I went ahead and upgraded my wife’s phone as well.
