Embroidery Print By Design

I did some research and for Embroidery Print by Design on my Nextdoor app. After a quick Google search and some online reviews I decided to give them a try. I brought 2 shirts and a lab coat to get my name and title embroidered on. Google said they were open on a Monday but no one answered the phone, so I took the 20 min trip just to find them closed. Not a big deal. I returned the next day and dropped off my clothes. I was told the end of the week was too soon to pick them back up so we agreed on early the next week. By next Tuesday I hadn't heard anything so my wife called. They we unable to find any of my shirts or the lab coat. After a call to her partner the woman on the phone called us back and stated they weren't done yet and she was unsure if they would get to them by the end of the week. On Thursday at 1800 they called to ask a question about the lab coat and told me everything would be done and available for pick up the next morning. I showed up at 1100 and was told only the lab coat was done because of a machine problem. I was told to come back Monday at 1100 and they would have my shirts completed. I took the lab coat and confirmed the Monday appointment. I made another special trip Monday morning only to find the store locked and closed again. I waited with my wife and kids for 60 mins and no one showed up. I called every number i could find online and left a message on the business phone, all to no avail. Later that day, around 1500 I called the business again just to see if anyone would answer. Someone did. She says she ran late on her morning appointment but my shirts were complete. Another 20 min trip to get them just to be told one shirt was embroidered slightly off center. She offered to replace the shirt but by this time I just wanted my stuff. I paid and left.nnIt's tough to find an embroidery shop here in Davenport but I wouldn't suggest this one. Take a trip to Winter Haven or Orlando and find a more efficient one. The communication here is terrible and the price wasn't worth it. It seems like lots of businesses trust Embroidery Print by Design so maybe they get better service but I can assure you, I didn't.
