This store has excellent customer service. I bought blinds from them years ago, when we moved into our house. They still look great! Recently a small plastic clip broke, causing the valence to fall. I called about getting it replaced, and they offered to mail me several clips at no charge. Now my blinds are fixed, at no cost to me, and without having to leave my house! Thank you so much!
Was recommended to this co. This guy is a jerk. He was rude, and unwilling to meet with you at a time convenient for us. Was NOT willing to come and give an estiment because we work, and he didn't WANT to be bothered. You have to work on his terms. I would never shop at his place. He doesn't deserve business from RESPECTABLE and prospective consumers.
Bob is the only person I would ever call for my window treatments. He has a great selection and flexible schedule. Excellent service!
