If you can find Paul to help you out, do it! He helped me today and I was delighted I came across him at the store. He was really nice to talk to and he even made sure I got all the discounts possible - which I really appreciated. Loved this store already but have to add that Paul is a 5-star guy. Thank you!!
It's a great place for shoes and the sales staff was very helpful and friendly. I saw one help a lady who had trouble walking and she brought her the shoes. So nice. Prices are great. My only beef is that the styles are all so similar and currently not my taste. Not DSWs fault.
Great customer experience with not only their staff but the manger, Capri. I had trouble with an online order to be delivered to their store. It was over a month late - some type of glitch - and the main DSW customer service hotline - gave poor service and resolution to my issue - which is STILL not resolved. The REDMOND STORE was more responsive and gave better service/ recommendations on an issue that was not their error. Impressive.
Good service .. missing my size for what I wanted.. I'll be back
Good shoes but men's selection is meh. Most of the companies have nicer choices on Amazon or on their own stores, usually cheaper
