My husband and I ordered our dog and cat food online and picked it up curbside. It was very easy! As soon as we got into the parking lot I just had to call their phone number that was on the confirmation email they sent to me when I ordered my pets food. After I called the number and gave the gentleman my name and what vehicle I was in, he brought our order out to our car very quickly and was extremely polite. We had an awesome experience ordering at Pet Supplies Plus and we will definitely be ordering from there in the future! Thank you very much!!! ud83dude42
Fast and friendly staff. They help you with all your needs even if you're not sure what you need. Prices are very relatable to any other place such as one of the food store chains or even one of the dollar stores. Differences of people and how they help you. Going with a smile and you come out with a bigger smile than you had when you in.
I recently went in with my dog to pick up some dog food. While my dog and I were in line to check out, she decided it was a good time to poop and pee near the register. I was mortified, but all 3 staff members were SO kind to me and helpful. They also helped me bring the dog food to my car and they assisted me with looking for what I needed in the store. This is a wonderful pet store that has such kind employees. I highly recommend shopping here. Thank you!
Always plenty of personnel on site to answer questions and lend assistance when needed. They are super friendly and always have what I need for our rabbits. I will drive a good ways to the clearwater location or this one because they are the complete pet supply store for us. Never bad attitudes!
My family and I love this place. They have a great selection and are well stocked. I live close by and visit often. The SAME DAY DELIVERY is awesome! I really try to support local small businesses and they make it a pleasure. Also, their animal selection is great and it's always tempting to take home a new friend.
