Small place but good selection. Always have what we need. Associates are always friendly and helpful. Been going here for a year, twice a week to get live Crickets and doggy supplies. I drive out of my way to go here because of the customer service.
We came in happy and left feeling very weird. The store is clean and the pet bath was neat. The employees were super nice except the manager. She was weirdly passive aggressive for some reason. The comments she made seemed unnecessary and she seemed to go out of her way to make us feel unwelcome. She even kind of chastised an employee in front of us. I left very confused as I tried to figure out what we had done wrong. However, I did hear a phone call she was on and this just may be her personality as she was also very abrupt on there. I will go again but maybe only when she isn't on duty. It was our first time there so I try not to judge on one visit. All the other employees were super friendly and helpful. We did purchase several items and are happy with our purchases. Maybe she was having a bad day.
You can find mostly everything for your 4 legged family members. Would recommend for pet owners. I have 2 cats. 1 is 20 and the other 19. ☺
I would like to say don't buy fish from here. I have a beautiful well maintained tank and this is twice I purchased fish and they died within 3 days. My other fish I purchased from a store in Tampa are well and thriving. Both times I bought some from this store they died.
This store is one of my favorite to visit. They are well stocked and the staff is very friendly. I love their small animal area and the aquatic section especially. They always have what we need and the prices are fair.
