Good customer service. Only thing is we had to be asking for everything instead of them aproaching you.

They were having a promotion if buy exotic boots you get $80 dollars off on store merchandise well first the cashier tried to say that armadillo boots are not exotic and they were not part of the promotion (like really?) then she agreed to honor the promotion so we decided to get another pair of boots for me ... well the cashier refused to take the $80 off. We asked why and she stated it was only for store merchandise so my husband asked her “and boots are not store merchandise?” She agreed it was merchandise but she said we need it to get something different so we left very disappointed with her attitude. Next time don’t promote something you are not willing to honor. We are taking our business somewhere else. The lady helping us finding the boots was the only one who knows about good customer service so thank you for that.
