You call and nobody seems to know how to answer the phone, not even the manager who I'm sure is just walking around with her tablet yelling at customers!
This is by far one of the worst locations because they always have one teller an you wait in line for a hours. My business does business with Bank of American an in order for me to make business deposits I have to stand in line for hours on end an the tellers are always so rude like they hate there job an don’t wanna be here. Oh an don’t get me started on the manager at this location. The manager just try’s to pawn you off on the atm

This place is a joke. Every time I go through the drive thru they don’t greet you or even say anything to you. I go there to make a payment and I have to push the call button and they are so rude when they have to answer. It’s like I’m putting them out by having to do my transaction. Worst customer service ever. I’m so glad I don’t have any of my checking or savings accounts with them.
