I’ve been waiting in line twenty mins. There are two lady’s behind the counter and literally no one in front of me. They refuse to make eye contact or anything .. just standing here ... waiting . The guy behind me just started complaining and someone came out the office and offered to help him.. so do I need to scream to get service ?

The worst when it comes to fraud protection. The headaches you have to go through because of their neglect to stop suspicious activity is pathetic. My piggy bank does a better job. Stay away from this hacker target.

My husband & I have been with Regions Bank for many years and have several accounts with them. Unfortunately, in the past several months they have made at least 5 mistakes on our different accounts.nToday, for instance, I take 2 separate bank deposits for them to do. There was only 1 check that was supposed to go in the one account and 5 checks in a separate account. They proceeded to hand me the deposit slips and they both had the same account number on them. The one check that I had asked to be deposited separately and had stamped it separately, they did not even put it into that account. When I question them on this, they then got the store manager Candace to do the transaction for me. She then proceeded to hand me another deposit slip with the five checks totaling $1200. It was supposed to be for over $1400. When I question this transaction I was told that sometimes the computer reads the checks wrong. Then I was told by the teller Valentino that maybe I should start using deposit slips to make my deposits. It’s interesting to note, that several months ago I was told not to do the deposit slips because they were going paperless.??? I do not understand why this bank continues to blame their machines for their errors. And then they try and turn it around on the customer to make it look like I didn’t complete a full deposit slip to cover their butt. It seems to me that they want me to do their job for them but still get paid. I believe that my husband and I will be withdrawing all of our accounts from this particular bank and going to someone more reliable.

The bank refuses to help fraud victims even when the fraud is clearly their fault. Not good.nnDo not bank here!
