I've been doing business with Wells Fargo since 1998 and I've never had a problem. And they fought tooth-and-nail for me a couple time
I'm sure I am speaking for everyone in the commercial line that you are always waiting .... and in this heat its ridiculous. No matter what transaction I have I am no more then a couple minutes....
I stopped by here to deposit a check for my father. I'm not a customer of Wells Fargo. The employees here were so friendly! They handled the line of customers professionally and timely. They were sweet to the customers who wanted to chat. They answered questions and were knowledgeable in answering the guy's questions who was being helped at the counter next to me. They even gave him a heads up about policy changes that were expected in the coming weeks.
The staff go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They also cater to non-account customers by cashing any Wells Fargo check free of charge even if you do not have an account with them!!!! All other places charge a fee to cash a check.
I feel safe with my business here!
