Would highly recommend going to this store. Not only was Andres incredibly helpful and proficient at his job but also super friendly. As someone who’s not tech savvy, Andres made my life so much easier.

Service is great at this store. Dan helped copy all my photos and data to my new phone quickly and efficiently. The store was out of screen protectors so he is going the extra mile to bring one from a nearby store.

Went to the store to upgrade my phone. Dan was super helpful. Nazareth and Dan should follow the company’s protocol and keep masks over their noses. It’s also super rude to be having side conversations with Andres about who likes white chocolate or who is transferring to what store or whether the company sent too many accessories to lake worth, while your customer is sitting in front of you awaiting assistance. Worse is discussing customer issues with someone who does not have a need to know. Respect people’s times and space.nnUpdate: how about while they were so busy talking, they FORGOT to apply my promotion. I figured they’d mess that up so I called AT&T as soon as I left that store and customer service advised that they didn’t add the promotion, and fixed it while wondering why it wasn’t added.nnDo better.
