The UPS Store

I went to laminate some papers and Carlos helped me by making copies and reducing their size to laminate them as I needed. He was very precise and patient. I asked him if the store had a A NEW OWNERSHIP and the confirmed what I had suspected since first coming in. There are new positive vibes and a lot of good intention from the new owners. Service is excellent!

I called ups store in palm springs, fl about curbside drop off and package was prepaid for return to company and the guy said no they don't do curbside. I told him they did it before. He said they don't and said buy and hung up on me. I see why this store has low rating.

Horrible customer service. Don’t buy anything unless you’re absolutely sure you can use it. I asked for the managers number and they gave me a phony phone number.

I run a small business and so I am at UPS approximately 2-3 times a week for the last 2 years. That said, this particular store is by far the most problematic and unprofessional store I’ve ever been to. I recently relocated and this store is approximately half a mile from where I live and I would rather drive 5 miles to go to a different UPS store rather than deal with the incompetence of the people at this location.nnI do a lot of Amazon returns both for personal and business related purposes and every single time I come into this location with a return I am told that I need to purchase a box and postage to do Amazon returns. Now in all the years of having Amazon I’ve never had to pay to return an item. It even clearly states on the return slips on Amazon that postage is not necessary or it’s been pre-paid all you have to do is scan the QR code and print off the label and return item. However at this location however they always attempt to charge me for additional packaging or the actual postage itself however when I’ve taken the same returns to a different UPS store the same conditions or requirements don’t seem to apply.nnIn addition to not understanding how prepaid postage works, the employees at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. There have been times where I had sent it to run in really quickly to ship a package and they have one employee working in a line literally outside of the store. There have been other times where I’ve been in a store during Covid during the holiday season where there were other individuals on mast and still serviced.nnI’ve made my final trip to the store anyone else that wishes to attempt to utilize the horrible service the store provides I wish you the best of luck. For those that are curious whether or not they should go here, there’s two other UPS locations right in Boynton Beach both with professional quick and polite service not far from this location.
