I have been going to Eye and Ear Palm Springs for over 4 years and, so far, the experience has been amazing. From the receptionists to the doctors, the whole staff is very helpful. They make sure to check your insurance, to schedule your appointment, to follow up, and most important, to give you the right glasses or contacts. I 100% recommend you come here to get your eyes checked and your glasses or contacts done!
Doctors are great , customer service is horrible , ordered contacts told me they’d send me a text when they had arrived , never received a text I had to call , got there at 6 on the dot , I understand they close however all I needed to do was pay for my contacts that were already their waiting for me the guy said “our system closes automatically at 6” which can’t possibly be true what if you have an issue with a customer that delays past 6? You’re gunna send them out with nothing because they can’t pay? I drove 20 minutes rushing through traffic and only reason I went so late is because they never reached out to let me know my product had arrived like they claimed they would , and they couldn’t spare 10 minutes of their day, I recommend you go to a different eye and ear location if possible
Have been my go to for my eyes since moving to Florida! Have been to almost all locations and always have the most outstanding experiences. The front desk is awesome! Sara is amazing when it comes to helping me find the perfect fit! Since Covid, I've been frightful about going outside but the cleanliness of the office and the staff is always cleaning put me at ease!
Always a pleasure coming here. The staff are professional and courteous, kind and helpful. The office is clean and organized. Prices competitive and selection is good too. Been coming here for years and will continue!
Dr. Frankel is simply the best Optometrist I have ever had!!! The staff at this location is very welcoming and helpful. Also the general manager Rob is such a awesome person who will go out of his way to assist you with your needs. Highly recommended!!!!!!
