I went in to return items I no longer needed from Amazon and I was happy it was quick and simple. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name but he was helpful and had great customer service.

I use this location for business quite often, but recently they hired a new employee who clearly was not trained properly. Both times I’ve gone in there with him at the desk and it appears that he has no idea what he is doing. The owner of this location needs to address this as soon as possible. While I was waiting for him to take care of the person ahead of me, four people walked out because it was taking so long.

Never will ReturnnThe store posted they are open on Sundays at 10:00am. I arrived at 10:30 and no one was there. Last time i was there the internet wasn't working. Not sure of what to say about businesses these days. I guess I can say, they operate right in line with everything else that's going on in the world. I expect poor service and that is what they provide. I read where someone had also posted about a bad experience at this UPS store and I see where the owner/management responded back and berated them for their posting. I expect that too. It's so sad, hope people read this review and utilize it for what it was truly designed to do. Protect your interest.

We usually go to the Wellington Trace UPS and have never had any issues . This time we went to Loxahatchee, had shipped a package and I came to know it was damaged very bad when it reached my friends place . I complained to this store manager and he said he will file a complaint to claims . I followed up they kept saying it will take time . I directly called the corporate office and they said there is no claims filled . I asked them to file a claim and they did but again they said they will investigate and give me call . After a week when I called to follow up they had closed the case without even telling us anything.. so this Loxahatchee UPS and the corporate they both are the same . So disappointed with UPS. Would not ever ship anything from here !

Huge issue with this store. I have been using them for the past couple months to ship my Etsy orders. Dropped 2 off in a day. One in the morning the other in the evening. The staff mixed up one of the labels and lost the other package. They are trying to blame me for the mix up even though it is physically impossible for it to have been me. The fact of the matter is the Manger was the one who took my first package in the morning that ended up getting my afternoon package label. Bevause he didnt do his job properly I am having to pay the price. They also are giving alot of excuses to not review the camera footage even though I have asked multiple times if they would view it they would see it was their employees that made the mistake. Its a long story but hopefully my complaint with corporate will get things resolved.
