Ruben and staff were incredibly excellent in their professionalism towards me. Not only were they very effective in assisting me in a most expedient manner, they were also quite friendly in doing so. Not at any moment did I not feel welcomed in the store. What was even more impressive was their reaction to seeing me walk in the store a few days later. I passed by to ask someone to check my phone which didn't seem to be operating as well as it did before. First when I went in the guy working there instantly remembered me and my phone. He did a couple of quick tests and was anxious to get it right. I had to leave to get back to work and didn't think the issue would be resolved until he contacted me a short while after, and asked if he could continue to help. He performed a new modification on my phone and it ended up working better than before. He really followed though and showed he really cared about the work he was doing...Great Job Ayman!!! You really helped me out today, thank you!!
The two gentleman who we're here helped me when I needed help. I wasn't a phone service customer but Ayman and Etienne went above and beyond!

Great customer service by Sofia! She is the best! She makes you feel like family. She goes out of her way to help you! Very friendly and helpful! Also the the mgr. Amanda is great too!
