Ordered plants online for my aquarium, the order took a while to be processed but once I called to check up on it - the people there were really nice - it was shipped a few days later. The plants arrived in decent condition and great sizes/portions for the price!
I Always receive fresh viable African violet leaves for sprouting. Leaves are always healthy and root readily. Staff is very courteous, friendly, and treat you with great care. All leaves are labeled very nicely with great pics of what flowers will look like. Very professional!
Perhaps the physical nursery is the best option for shopping. I made an online order and it took a several weeks to arrive. I happen to also live in the same state as the seller and weather at the time was not an issue (very beautiful spring weather). In my communications with the shop, they stated that they are a small local business. This is something that is reflected in the customer service and business.
Absolutely love this place! Just happened upon it while driving and ended up buying some gorgeous orchids and succulents to give as Christmas gifts. What a selection! Will definitely be back!
Dont waste your money with the bad service this company gives it's customers. Recent mail order of african violet was received with 8 dead leaves. Spoke with Bruce and his response was to contact him again if the plant did not survive.
