I ordered products through this company. It was through a third party. Two colors were deeply discounted, so I ordered those. A couple days later I received an email stating they were out of those colors and could they ship alternate colors.nI replied right away and let them know I would, but please make sure the prices are the same. No response. A couple days later I received an invoice and they charged my card. This new invoice wasn’t $80 something, it was over $230 and shipping was another $70 something. I called right away. Had to leave a voicemail. Never got a response. I also emailed at that time, no response.nnSo the next business day I called. They answered the phone, so that was good. Amber told me she did see my email. But she was busy processing orders so she asked if she could call me back later that day. I told her that was fine. 48 hours passes and no call back. So I called again. She told me she was working on it with the website I had ordered from because it was wrong on their site. That’s really not my problem. And this third party site isn’t down fly by night operation, it’s a huge wholesale platform. Had I not responded to their original email about verifying the price was correct and just said to ship whatever, I wouldn’t be so mad. But I did, I was careful and I communicated in a very timely manner. I expected a call back when promised. Nope. And she would not accept responsibility and make it right.nnI told her I would just reject the package upon delivery because I can’t risk losing that kind of money on the product because it was cheaper from my normal supplier and I don’t pay shipping with them. I told her twice that I don’t see how this is my problem and now with all this time wasted they needed to just make it right.nope, she just got rude with me. I told her I found it unacceptable that when there’s a package in transit and I’ve already waited since five days ago to get a response, it needed to get fixed. She offered to refund the shipping. No, you still charged me 3x what was advertised.nnI’m the end I told her their responses were unacceptable and she got super sarcastic and told me she wasn’t sure if I was aware, but there’s a pandemic going on. Oh really? I was aware of that. And I was aware you promised a call back two days ago. And you didn’t follow through. I told her I would not order from them again and I would leave a scathing review, she welcomed me to do so. So amber.....this is me, following through on what I said I would do. You might want to learn how to follow through. It would do your company a favor.
