Mud Bay is one of our favourite stores to visit - spacious, well-stocked and with friendly, thoughtful service. We love the products they carry, knowing that it’s quality stuff and every time we go, the staff are super kind and gentle to our dog Summer, offering head rubs, treats and water. It’s a local business that supports the local community and that deserves our support too!
This is our go to pet store. We love this store so much that when it came time to move we made sure that we would still be in the area to continue shopping here. The staff is amazing and always helpfull and the products are all top notch quality! Highly recommend!

The staff is so cool in Redmond Washington! Kaitlyn was awesome helping us with a new dachshund puppy! Everyone loved our puppy and we felt very welcomed! They gave us a good variety of samples of the kind of dog food we were looking for and the first one was a hit!
